Fullkornsmj\u00f6let vi anv\u00e4nder mal vi sj\u00e4lva h\u00e4r i bageriet och f\u00e5r p\u00e5 s\u00e5 vis ett mj\u00f6l som inneh\u00e5ller en h\u00f6g andel kostfiber och bevarar r\u00e5varans fina smak och karakt\u00e4r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Surdegen varierar vi p\u00e5 olika s\u00e4tt genom att anv\u00e4nda olika mj\u00f6l, fr\u00f6blandningar, fikon och andra gr\u00f6nsaker\/frukter och ibland ocks\u00e5 n\u00f6tter.
